About the Founder

Anthony Kinnaird has worked with Toyota and Shingijitsu Lean experts from a very young age. Lean / six sigma tools & techniques are therefore part of his DNA. Coaching is an innate talent that he has cultivated over recent years, which has developed naturally and organically to enable leaders unlock their true potential.

Anthony has over 30 years experience in Industry (FTSE 100 & S&P 500 Companies) from a vast array of Manufacturing roles up to General Manager. Therefore he understands the challenges leaders face in keeping their employees engaged as well as customers and stakeholders fully satisfied.

He has is a Masters qualified Executive Coach & Mentor, has a 1st Class Hons in Mechanical Engineering, practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and qualified to conduct Emotional Intelligence (EQi) profiling and coaching.

His eclectic style of coaching has been developed through working in diverse challenging positions; from leading an Aerospace aftermarket business with c$0.4 billion in Revenues, to more recent assignments coaching executive leaders at BAE Systems.

Anthony's expertise are broad and varied in both an office environment and factory floor. He has experience in Large-scale factory re-layouts and relocations, to Kaikaku events (Transformational change) moving in-excess of 1500 pieces of equipment and 'monuments' in only one week.

Anthony believes that true Transformational change is possible for the brave. Executive Coaching is about challenging peoples conditioning and beliefs systems, in order to achieve significant positive results in a short period of time.

Getting to coach and shadow leaders all-day and everyday has allowed Anthony to accelerate and hone his expertise in coaching leaders. He helps Leaders unleash their true potential, not only in the working environment but also sees this translating across into their personal lives.

Anthony have been coached and mentored many times; I sought the best so he could strive to be one of the best coaches high-level leaders. He has been coached with a world-leading person who works with Kings, Queens, Hollywood Stars, CEO's and Athletes. This allowed him to understand and experience what good looks and feels like.

Anthony was also mentored by Greg Peters, the highly regarded leading-expert in Lean Manufacturing by Jim Womack (author of many books including ' The Machine that changed the world' and 'Gemba Walks').

His constellation of a wide-range of experiences has allowed him to see the bigger picture from different perspectives, and consequently has allowed him to help Leaders achieve success in many facets of their businesses such as:
